Jason Carr went to the Grindstone Smokehouse on Wayne Road just for this: a pork belly - bacon steak, served on a plank with a caramel glaze.

It is served with cornbread for the insane bargain price of $8.

Grindstone is doubling down on America's love of brisket, bacon, ribs, pulled pork, barbecue.

"Depending on the meat we toss it in the smoker and they smoke anywhere between two hours and 14," he said.

FOX 2: "How big are the sides of meat?"

"The briskets and the pork butts go to about 10 to 15 pounds each."

FOX 2: "That's a lot of butt."

Justin: "That's a lot of butt, absolutely."
