Tech Talk: FiLIP helps parents keep track of kids

In the summer, parents love taking their kids to different places (camping, parks, playgrounds, etc.) but the chance for getting separated from each other is high.

Well, the new wearable technology craze gives parents another option to keep tabs on their children. FiLIP looks like a watch but acts as a tracker and phone for parents.  There is even an emergency button that kids can activate if they are lost or in trouble.

FiLIP costs $200 and does require a $10 monthly plan from AT&T.
