A healthier way to enjoy egg nog

America's Healthy Heart Doctor, Dr. Joel Kahn, joins us on The Nine to show us a healthier way to enjoy eggnog. You can get his recipe below. 
  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 medium pitted dates, soaked
  • 1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • 2 medium-sized frozen ripe bananas
Throw everything into your blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
