The benefits and dangers of fasting

During the Lenten season, many people fast or give up certain foods over a short period of time. Cardiologist, Dr. Joel Kahn discusses the benefits and possible dangers of fasting. He says significantly cutting back calories at least two days a week, may help you extend your life and prevent illnesses.
