Al Allen joins us for Morning Show's 25th anniversary

(WJBK) - The FOX 2 Morning Show celebrated its 25th anniversary on September 14, 2017. 

There from the beginning, Al Allen was part of our morning show for almost three decades. Al covered many historical events in our city's history, including Rosa Parks's funeral, but many will always remember him as "the guy on the overpass." He joined us in studio to help us celebrate the anniversary. You can hear from him in the video player above. 

Al retired from FOX 2 in December of 2012.
