'Another Son of Venezuela' at Detroit Institute of Arts Nov. 18

(WJBK) - Latin musician and theatrical performer Migguel Anggelo is bringing is acclaimed show "Another Son of Venezuela" to the Detroit Institute of Arts on November 18. The show explores themes of love, loss, family, and national pride as well as the challenges of claiming an authentic identity in the "land of the free".

With his virtuosic band The Immigrants and a pair of sensational singers, Anggelo will create a kaleidoscope of vocal theatrics and poetic storytelling that is both hilarious and touching.

Presented by Culture Lab Detroit, the performance will take place in the museum's Detroit Film Theatre auditorium at 7 p.m. and is free with museum admission, which is free for residents of Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties.
