Canadian high schooler raising funds with hyper-realism drawings

(WJBK) - Her drawings look like photographs -- and her talent has gained her more than 55,000 followers on Instagram. 

Madison Young is a self-taught artist who draws hyper-realism pictures. Her latest work is of a lion, and she is donating some of profits to The Windsor Humane Society. 

Madison lives across the Detroit River in Amherstburg, Ontario. She joined us on The Nine to tell us more about her artwork. You can hear from her in the video player above.
