Charity screening of 'Mother's Day' in Monroe

(WJBK) - The new film "Mother's Day" is set to hit the big screen. It stars Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson, Julia Roberts and Jason Sudiekus. It was directed by Garry Marshall and written by Monroe, Michigan's own Tom Hines.

He joined us on The Nine to tell us about a charity screening of the film in Monroe. It's April 30 at the Mall of Monroe. Tickets are available at the Monroe Bank and Trust. It benefits Gabby's Ladder, an organization that provides free grief counseling for families.
