Colman Domingo's 'Dot' at Detroit Public Theatre Nov. 16 - Dec. 11

(WJBK) - Colman Domingo is a star of screen and stage, but also behind the scenes. He's bringing his new play 'Dot' to Detroit.

'Dot' will be at Detroit Public Theatre from November 16 - December 11, 2016.

The show follows Dotty and her three grown children as they gather with more than exchanging presents on their minds. Dotty struggles to hold on to her memory and her children must fight to balance care for their mother and themselves. 'Dot' grapples unflinchingly with aging parents, midlife crises, and the heart of a West Philly neighborhood.
