Blackened salmon slider recipe from Weber's

Blackened Salmon Slider

Chop 3 ounces of raw salmon.
Mix with one egg white, 1 tsp corn meal, 1 Tbsp chopped red and green peppers, salt and pepper.
Lightly coat one side with blackened seasoning. 
Form 3 ounces of ground meat into patties. Season with salt and pepper. Grill to desired temperature and add English sharp cheddar. 
Lightly toast slider bun on grill. 
Apply capers and mayonnaise to bun.
Add lettuce and tomato.
