Heavy Cream 1qt
Parmsean cheese 1cup
Parmsean cheese 1/2 Cup
Chopped Garlic 2tbs
Butter 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Flour 1/4 cup
Method of Preparation:
Melt the butter with flour creating a roux, next add the chopped garlic, heavy cream let reduce add seasoning to taste. Fold in the parmsean cheese @ the end to create a creamy texture.
