Fall Apple Salad
6 cups. Spring Mix or Baby Romain
½ cup Candied or Toasted Pecans
2 each Granny Smith Apples, julienned
¼ Blue Cheese (crumbled)
½ cup Dried Michigan Cherries
½ cup Sliced Strawberries (optional)
1. Wash and Julienne apples
2. Mix with the rest of ingredients.
3. Optional: Add washed and sliced strawberries.
Apple Cider Vinaigrette
¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
½ cup Olive Oil
Salt to taste
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Salt to taste.
