(WJBK) - Crews Inn in Harrison Township has a new fall menu, and they joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to show us a sample of their new chicken woodsman.

6 oz chicken breast
wild cherry brandy
velute(thickened chicken stock)
For the chicken, heat oil in pan then place floured chicken breast in pan, flip chicken when needed to cook other side.
For the sauce, heat oil pan. Place seasonings in pan then add pecans, cherries and mushrooms, add cherry brandy, then add velute to thicken sauce.
