(WJBK) - The Moose Preserve in Bloomfield Hills is celebrating its 25th annivesary.
VIDEO: Chef and general manager Bryan Coudret and Chef Kathe Jones join us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to tell us about the restaurant's silver commemoration, and to prepare their old-fashioned oatmeal pie. You can find that recipe below.
They're running specials from Nov. 9-14 in honor of their anniversary. Lunch guests will receive a free dessert, and dinner guests will receive a free appetizer. You can also find original 1990 prices on some food iteams, such as their bar burger with velveeta cheese for $5.99, and on Nov. 14 you can dine to the music of a live '90s cover band on Saturday, Nov. 14.
