Homemade pot pie from 220 Merrill

Homemade Pot Pie 
Serves 4 
 
Crust: 
Puff pastry (available at most supermarkets) 
 
Filling: 
- 2 Cups chicken, turkey, any protein 
- 2 Cups mirepoix (diced carrot, celery and onion)
- 1 Cup diced Yukon potatoes 
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup gravy 
 
Cook at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes, until puff pastry is lightly browned and fluffy. Let cool before serving.
