2 cups cooked Basmati rice
1 T ¼" cubed white onion
¼ Cup ¼" cubed carrots
½ Cup cut green beans
1T chopped scallions
2T vegetable oil
½ t white pepper
½ t salt
1T Indonesian sweet soy sauce
1 T regular soy sauce
Used nonstick pan add cooking oil.
On medium heat, sauté the carrots, onion and green beans for 1-2 minutes, when almost done (lightly browned) add one to two eggs, and heat until eggs are cooked
Add a cooked rice, sweet soy and regular soy sauce.
Stir well until the rice takes on brown color from the soy, add salt and pepper stir well.
