First we get fresh eggplant cut it up and fry the eggplant. Then we chop fresh tomatoes and green peppers, red peppers and yellow peppers and also fry them.
Then we put them in the tray on top of each other and add whole peeled garlic and top with sliced tomatoes, sliced onions and chickpeas.
Then we add tomato paste, salt and black pepper.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
