(WJBK) - The Jewish New Year is upon us. It is customary to eat a piece of apple dipped in honey, symbolizing the desire for a sweet year.

Itty Shemtov, co-director of The Shul in West Bloomfield joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to show us how to prepare an apple and honey tart, a unique twist to a tradition.
