TAP at MGM Grand Detroit is hosting a beer dinner with Founders and Witches Hat on May 16. The dinner is five courses with a beer pairing at each course.

MAPLE GLAZED SCALLOPS
Bourbon Carrot Puree
Sear scallops in one ounce of olive oil on medium high till golden.
Turn down flame to medium and add maple syrup to pan.
Continue to sear scallops in syrup on both sides.
Place bourbon carrot puree in the center of the plate, then the scallops and top with ribbon zucchini and squash.
