Cook gourmet dinners at home with Holiday Market's new meal kits

ROYAL OAK, Mich. (WJBK) - If you like to cook but hate having to come up with ideas, the folks at Holiday Market have you covered. They've come up with meal kits, similar to online delivery subscription boxes like Blue Apron.

The catering team at Holiday Market packs each kit with fresh premium proteins, produce and spices from the store. The ingredients are also prepped for easy cooking. (No more chopping onions!) 

You can try one of their meal kits without the commitment of an online subscription, either. You only need to order the kit one day in advance, and, voila! You have a gourmet dinner for two at your fingertips.

Prices vary by meal, but Walters says everything is market price. 

Three new meals are offered every week. For example, during Valentine's Day week, the options were lobster alfredo, tenderloin with shrimp or portabello steaks.
