Cooking with Hatch chile peppers with Busch's

- A valley in New Mexico grows a specific type of chile pepper, called the Hatch chile pepper. The peppers only come out a specific time of the year -- which happens to be right now.

The peppers are nice and meaty, and come in medium and hot flavors. They're not as as a habanero or jalapeno pepper, but they still offer a nice, even heat.

Busch's Fresh Food Markets will have Hatch peppers along with a special pepper roaster at select locations throughout August and September. You can see a list of store locations below.
