(WJBK) - There's certainly no shortage of great restaurants and bars in Detroit.
Starting Monday, there is a 10-day culinary showcase highlighting some of the best in town.
Joining FOX 2 is Scott Rutterbush, organizer of Dine Drink Detroit and Chef Jessi Patuano from Gather.

Bahn Mi Marinade
2 C soy
⅔ C fish sauce
½ C maple syrup
8 cloves garlic smashed
4 Jalapenos fine dice
4” ginger micro
½ C cilantro
½ C basil
1. Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight
2. Cook belly in marinade at 300 degrees 2-3 hours basting every half and hour
2 limes zest and juice
1C rice wine vinegar
3 T maple syrup
1 ½ T soy
Clancys, and salt to taste
1. Blend all ingredients together
