Firewood Grill's Seafood Pasta

What used to be Mr. D's on Grand River in Howell is now a fully renovated fine dining establishment called The Firewood Grill. Executive Chef and co-owner Tom Palushaj and co-owner and general manager Monica Palushaj join us on The Nine to talk about the new restaurant, and share their recipe for seafood pasta. 
1 minced garlic
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. fresh oregano
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup clam juice
2 tsp. onion
10 pc. clams
3 pieces of jumbo shrimp
3 scallops
Sauté the minced garlic, shrimp and scallops in butter, oil and with onions until soft. Add clam juice and white wine and let it reduce, then add cream, bring to a boil. Lastly, add clams and let simmer.
