Gnocchi's special seafood Gnocchi

INGREDIENTS
For Ricotta Gnocchi:
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt and pepper
Mix all together to create the dough

For seafood sauce:
Shrimp
Scallops
1 cup Lobster Bisque
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
1/2 tsp fresh garlic
4 oz Sherry
1 oz olive oil
Pinch fresh chopped parsley
Pinch of fresh basil

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Saute oil, shrimp, scallops until almost done.
2. Add shallots and garlic.
3. Add sherry, let the alcohol cook off.
4. Add lobster bisque.
5. add a pinch of parsley and basil and ricotta gnocchi.
