Johnny Chops
4 14-16 oz. bone in pork chops
2 cups apple cider
1 tsp. chinese five spice
1 tsp. Ancho chili powder
1 Tbsp. salt

1. Place all ingredients in a one gallon ziplock style bag. Shake and press bag to mix ingredients.
2. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 1 hour (if you can only do it for an hour, do not refrigerate).
3. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Dry off pork chops with paper toweling. Wipe grill with vegetable oil and place chops on grill. Sear each side turning each side 45 degrees once to get nice crosshatch grill marks. Do not turn chop over more than once. Once seared remove from direct heat and cover the grill. You can also do this in a grill pan and finish it in the oven at 350 degrees. Cook for about 15 minutes or until it is done to your preference.
4. Remoev from grill or oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
