Living Well Wednesdays: Fruit pizza recipe

The Henry Ford Health System has launched a partnership with Kroger to help shoppers make better choices. It's called Live Well Wednesdays and it's a chance for you to get the skinny on some healthy recipes.

Dieticians will be in four metro Detroit stores on Wednesdays, answering questions and suggesting recipes. Here are the stores where you can find them:
Dearborn - 15255 Michigan Ave.
Shelby Township - 14945 23 Mile Rd.
Southgate - 13333 Eureka Rd.
Commerce Township - 2905 Union Lake Rd.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionists Bethany Thayer and Antigone Senn join us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to give us a sample recipe for fruit pizza. You can find the full recipe below.

FRUIT PIZZA
Yield: 24 squares
Ingredients for your Kroger shopping list:
Vegetable oil cooking spray
1 package (8 oz.) reduced-fat crescent rolls
1 package (8 oz.) Kroger Greek yogurt cream cheese
1/3 cup Kroger 0% Plain Greek yogurt
1 packet (30 g) no -sugar-added raspberry drink mix
3/4 cup blueberries
3/4 cup kiwi
3/4 cup strawberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll crescent dough into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray to fill the bottom of the pan. Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool completely. In a medium bowl using an electric mixer, cream together Greek yogurt cream cheese, Greek yogurt and drink mix. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust and top with blueberries, kiwi and strawberries.  Cut into 24 squares and serve.
Chef's Notes: You can also add chunked pineapple, raspberries, blackberries or other fruit to top your pizza to your taste! True Lemon® raspberry lemonade drink mix is suggested.
