Mulefoot Gastropub presents: Charred Bean Salad

Charred Bean Salad
Goat Cheese 
1/2 lb Goat Cheese
zest of 2 lemons
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 dill
Salt and Pepper to taste (approx. 1 teaspoon)
Green Beans
1/4 Jowl Bacon or Regular Bacon
1/4 Green Beans, FRESH and raw
1 t olive oil or vegetable oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Put the oil in a saute pan and heat.  Add the jowl bacon and cook until crispy.  Remove the jowl, then add the beans.  DO NOT stir, let the beans get a slight char.  Season.
To finish the dish
A few heirloom tomatoes
A few good pickles
A few good herbs
A few chilies if you're into it
Pickled Mustard or Cumin
Mustard Oil
