Natalie's Bakery Red Velvet Traveler's Cake



Your favorite brand of Red Velvet cake mix
3 cups of cream cheese
2 cups of powdered sugar
1 tbsp of real vanilla extract
Pinch of salt


Make the red velvet cake in advance in cake tins, small oblong cake tins, cup cake tins, however you wish. Cake will be done when toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Set cake(s) aside.

In a mixer, add all things listed in "ingredients" and mix on medium speed until they become creamy, like a frosting consistency. Spread frosting mixture on top of cakes, or if you want to get fancy, use a baker's bag and make fancy designs on top. Sprinkle with a bit of bits of cake for color if desired.
