New chef, menu at Wolfgang Puck STEAK at MGM Grand Detroit

(WJBK) - Wolfgang Puck STEAK at MGM Grand Detroit recently named a new executive chef, Michigan-native Don Hammond. Under his helm, the restaurant team has implemented a new menu with fresh pasta dishes, seasonal starters and the chops and steaks that the aptly named restaurant has been known for.

Chef Hammond joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to tell us more about his food. You can hear from him in the video player above.
