New menu and upcoming events at Ale Mary's Beer Hall

Ale Mary's Beer Hall is rolling out a new menu - just in time for many of their upcoming events.

Later this week, Ale Mary's is hosting a five-course beer dinner. The dinner is October 27 and tickets are $50.

On Saturday, October 29, Ale Mary's is tapping barrel aged pumpkin beers. And on Thursday, November 3, Grand Rapids-based Founder's Brewing is taking over all 28 taps at Ale Mary's.

FAT DAN BURGER
Mac and Cheese
- 1 Qt Cream
- 1 T Onion powder
- 1 T Garlic powder
- 1/4 C Salt
- 1/2 T white pepper
- 5# Shredded Cheddar
- Macaroni
Steep 1 Qt Cream. Add 1 T Onion powder, 1 T Garlic Powder, 1/4 C Salt, 1/2 T white pepper. Add 5# Shredded Cheddar and Mix until melted. Add Macaroni.
Let all ingredients cool completely. Then shape into patties.

Set up three step breading station
- 1 C Flour (Seasoned)
- 4 C Scrambled Eggs with 1/4 C milk
- 4 C Panko (seasoned)

Take patties and go from flour mixture, to Eggs mixture, to panko mixture, back to eggs mixture, and lastly back into the panko. Set aside for later.

To pickle to jalapenos
- 4 jalapenos
- 1 C apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 C sugar
Take 4 jalapenos and slice thin. Combine 1 C apple cider vinegar and 1/4 C sugar bring to a boil. Add in sliced jalapenos and let cool.

Assembly
Deep Fry Mac and Cheese Patty until Golden Brown and Delicious. Cook Burger patty until desired temperature. Cook bacon. Melt aged white cheddar onto burger. Slice the fried Mac "patty" in half, place burger patty on top of one half of the fried mac and cheese patties. Place two strips of crispy bacon on top and spread pickled jalapenos. Place top of fried mac and cheese patty on top of whole thing and place knife through entire burger. Served with french fries
