(WJBK) - There's something spooky going on at Red Dunn Kitchen in Detroit. All this month, you can get a taste of brains at the restaurant.
The chefs are serving up pork brains and calves brains, in every form you can think of -- from whipped to sauteed to grilled.
"Me and a friend were just joking around one night, saying we should do something for Halloween and we were talking about eyeballs. And I said, 'I can get brains. Let's do brains!' and we did it - and people are coming in for it!" says Chef James Gundy.
He says many are coming in for the novelty of it, but he's had some diners who have actually had brains before.

You can try the whipped pork brains all month long. The sauteed pork brains will only be available through this weekend, and then the grilled calves brains will be available Oct. 16-31. You can check out the full menu on their website here.
