Sidecar Slider Bar's Ahi Tuna Slider recipe

Sidecar Slider Bar is a new slider restaurant in Birmingham. It opened in March of this year, but is celebrating its "grand opening" this week with special promotions and events.

Stephen Simon and Executive Chef Andy Stevens from Sidecar joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to tell us more about the restaurant. They also shared their recipe for their Ahi Tuna Slider, which you can find below.

The restaurant is located at 280 East Merrill Street in Birmingham.

AHI TUNA SLIDER - WASABI RANCH RECIPE
Slider:
3oz Ahi tuna - grilled
Arugula
Wasabi ranch
Sriracha
1/6 avocado
Bun

Wasabi ranch:
2 cups Ranch dressing
1/2 oz wasabi paste-more or less depending on spice preference
1/2 cucumber-seeded and chopped
Combine in blender
