Just because the holidays are over, doesn't mean things will get easier in terms of the food you eat; it just keeps going! So if your resolution is to eat better and healthier, dust off the crockpot!

The slow cooker can make breakfast, lunch, and dinner with minimum prep. Plus, you've only got one pot to clean!
