Steelhouse Tavern's Monte Cristo sandwich

This recipe comes courtesy of Jose Lopez and Keita Parker from Steelhouse Tavern. 

Monte Cristo Sandwich Recipe:
1 slice of wheat bread
2 slices of swiss cheese
2 oz deli turkey
1 slice of wheat bread
2 slices of American cheese
2 oz deli ham
1 slice of wheat bread

Cut diagonally in half, wrap tightly with plastic wrap & refrigerate for 24 hours.
Dip in tempura batter.
Deep fry for 4 minutes in 350 degrees.
Sprinkle with confectioner sugar.
Serve with raspberry preserves.
