This rice dish will keep you warm and healthy this fall

- While the cooler weather makes us crave comfort food, we sometimes forget a well-balanced diet can help boost our immune systems and fight off the fall sniffles.

Ulliance culinary specialist, Chef Paul Penney, joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School with a recipe high in nutrients sure to warm up the entire family. His Indonesian Pilaf is low calorie and packed with Vitamins A & C, as well as the calcium and iron that helps keep us going strong throughout the year
