Westin Book Cadillac's new food for its littlest guests

Earlier this year Westin Hotels & Resorts created a program to engage its culinary teams worldwide to develop nutritious and delicious offerings to its littlest guests. After judging 180 entries submitted by 74 properties, a menu of 35 winning breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes was selected.

The Book Cadillac is proud that two of its entries are winners: Turkey Waffle Sandwich served with cauliflower tots and turkey sausage patties; and the Pizza Pocket prepared with phyllo dough.

Chef Jon Konicki joined us in the FOX 2 Cooking School to show us how to prepare the turkey waffle sandwich with cauliflower tots. This story will be updated soon with the recipe.
