Detroit filmmaker telling story of Nain Rouge

It's a folk tale that has persisted on the periphery of Detroit culture -- a red dwarf known as Nain Rouge appearing before disaster strikes. Now, a Detroit filmaker and two-time Emmy winner is hoping to bring the story to life. She's released a trailer for "Nain Rouge Rising," a film she hopes to make in the coming months.

Amy Weber and author Josef Bastian are here to tell us more about the movie ahead of the Nain Rouge parade this weekend.

The parade is on March 20 at 1 p.m. in Detroit at Second Avenue and Canfield.
