(WJBK) - We are getting ready for the 61 Day Challenge - a pledge to live healthy for 61 days.
The health education campaign begins November 1.
Some of the key guidelines:
Take more steps
Eat more fruit
Eat less sugar
Be more active
No soda (or other sugary drinks)
