Fast and efficient circuit training with American Home Fitness

Eric and Matt from American Home Fitness came by with two main points for this morning's workout.

1.  Efficient Strength - quick circuit training routine with emphasis on fast, dynamic moves to get your heart rate up, build some muscles and burn some fat - Fast effective and efficient with limited space, budget and time.

2.  Full Body workout on one small machine - Matt will demonstrate the Inspire M1 which affordably and effectively gives the user a full body workout in a very small foot print.
