From understanding the proper cardio to explaining the proper machines to target particular muscles, our Women Who Lift program is designed to teach teaching women how to lift correctly.

The program is geared toward transforming women - whether they are looking to compete, become toned or get stronger into Beautiful Beasts, where muscles are viewed as sexy and not masculine.
