How to properly care for your lawn before winter arrives

- Winter is coming.

And that means your lawn may need some TLC before the snow arrives.

For example, you need to get the height of your lawn down. Your last cut should be around 2 to 2 1/2 inches. The shorter grass will protect against fungi and mold over the winter. If there is less grass to get matted down under the snow - there are fewer places for the mold to grow.
