Chef Steve Brown and Dean Bach from Dino's Lounge and Greyghost restaurant joined us on The Nine to talk Japanese Wagyu and Hyogo Kobe beef and create their Basil Coconut Crack. Watch in the video player above.
The two restaurants have been selected as Detroit locations for an A5 Japanese Wagyu and Hyogo Kobe Beef nine-course dinner event, which is a part of the 36 cities of the world foodie party. This is their first time in Detroit.
The Greyhost event is sold out, however, tickets are still available at Dino's Lounge in Ferndale. The event will take place on June 13 from 6;00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $225.
