Living the Life: Getting the sleep you need

On this episode of Living the Life, we talk about the one thing that keeps us all going - sleep. But many of us aren't getting the sleep we need.

Experts say women's sleep tends to be more affected by insomnia, and men's sleep is usually more affected by obstructed sleep apnea -- as was the case with FOX 2's Ryan Ermanni.

He joined us to tell us about his sleeping troubles, and how a sleep test changed his life. Then, we talk to our former health producer Sean Lee out in California about her sleeping troubles and how she's found relief.

And lastly, we're joined by Dr. Shaun Jayakar from a sleep clinic with St. John Providence to get some advice on some natural sleep remedies, as well as over-the-counter remedies.
