Red Wings alumni charity hockey game to benefit veterans

(WJBK) - Red Wings alumnus will be hitting the ice for a charity game all for our veterans.

This weekend we honor the men and women who served our country. Michigan-based Stahls' as well as the Stahls' Automotive Foundation is going above and beyond to help.

Joining FOX 2 with more about the charity event Ted Stahl, the executive chairman of Stahls', and veteran Mike Ronan with his service dog, Julie.

The game is at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the St. Clair Shores Civic Arena, 20000 Stephens Street in St. Clair Shores. Open to the public, tickets can be purchased onsite for $10. All ticket sales will directly benefit the Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs.
