John Jonna and Chef Alan Urbin from The Bird and The Bread came in on The Nine today to talk about special December dining events throughout December as the restaurant prepares to be Vinotecca in the New Year.
Chef Urbin made Gambas al Ajillo this morning to celebrate The Bird and The Bread's Dec. 17 event Salsa Social Night. The event will feature live music, dancing, Latin food, Spanish wines and Sangria. Percussionist Miguel Gutierrez and DJ Albostyle, along with professional salsa dancers, will entertain while guests also enjoy Spanish Tapas and a full bar.
Guests can make a reservation for dinner or purchase an event ticket which includes one alcoholic beverage or tapas. Tickets available at Eventbrite.com and are $20 per person.
