Senate reviewing bill to give citizenship to international adoptees

As much of the country focuses on illegal immigration and Syrian refugees, another group of people in the United States is struggling to be recognized by the federal government. 
A new bill introduced in the Senate is working to give U.S. citizenship to international adoptees.
