Taste the Race this year at Trenton Roar on the River

The 67th annual Trenton Roar on the River, the longest running boat race in Michigan, will once again feature a specialty taste fest "Taste of the Races" this year. The annual sell-out event will feature a large selection of the regional restaurants and caterers.

Chef Nick Srabian, representing Trenton restaurant Sibley Gardens, prepared Sonoma Chicken for us this morning on The Nine -- a preview of what to expect during the taste fest. Watch in the video player above!
