Detroit Summerfest Aug. 25-28

DETROIT (WJBK) - It's been a spectacular summer of fun in Detroit and this week the Summer in the Parks season closes out with Detroit Summerfest.

The downtown street party begins Thursday, August 25 and runs through Sunday, August 28.

The festival features food, art and entertainment from top local and national acts, including George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic.
