How to create a homemade Bloody Mary bar

What's a weekend brunch without a Bloody Mary?

Joining us this morning from Valentine Distillery in Ferndale is cocktail lounge manager Laura Shortt and president/founder Rifino Valentine to show us how to prepare the ultimate Bloody Mary bar for your guests.

Recipes:

1) Bloody Mary Mosa
1.75 oz Valentine Vodka
3 oz McClures Bloody Mary Mix
3 oz Prosecco (On Side)
Glassware:
Stemmed Wine Glass
Horseradish, Salt and Smoked Paprika Rim
Garnish:
Oyster in Shell, Lemon, Shallot

2) Red Snapper (Garden Variation)
1.75 oz Gin
6 oz McClures Bloody Mary Mix
Muddled Cucumber
Glassware:
500ml Pyrex Beaker
Celery Salt Rim
Garnish:
Cucumber Ribbon, Celery Stick, Dill, Bell Pepper, Lemon

3) Traditional Bloody Mary (Italian Style)
1.75 oz Valentine Vodka
6 oz McClure's Bloody Mary Mix
Glassware:
500ml Pyrex Beaker
Garnish:
Basil, Mozzarella, Tomato Skewer with Balsamic drizzle
Hot Sausage Slice, Lemon

4) 37' Ford
2 oz Valentine Vodka Muddled with Bell Pepper and Habanero slice
.75 oz McClure's Bloody Mary Mix
.75 oz McClure's Spicy Pickle Brine
Glassware:
Martini
Preparation:
Muddle Pepper slices with Vodka and add the Mary Mix + Brine.  Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.  Strain into Martini Glass.
Garnish:
Jalapeno stuffed Olive, Wedge of McClure's Spicy Pickle, Bell Pepper
Fresh Ground pepper
