Made to Eat in Michigan event Feb. 17

(WJBK) - This weekend Leon & Lulu is hosting a Made to Eat in Michigan event. It's your chance to taste local cuisine from food vendors.

SPANITZ BROTHERS' SAUSAGE HEARTY POLEMAN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Pound Spanitz Bros Hearty Poleman - cooked according to the package and slice
6 pieces of bread cut into pieces
1 cup of milk
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup of cheddar cheese

Mix the first four ingredients together in a large bowl and put in a 9x11 Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spread the cheddar cheese on top. Store in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
